Our story
Luna Blanca Wellness Studio is a community-centered space in Glenview offering yoga, creative movement, sound healing, and thoughtfully curated wellness experiences for adults, children, and families.
Created as a tribute to ancestry, healing, and the wisdom passed down through generations, the studio was inspired by my mother, Blanca, and guided by the symbolism of the moon. It was born from a personal journey of growth, resilience, and a desire to create a space where others can reconnect with themselves and one another.

PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is rooted in mindfulness, connection, and the power of presence.
We honor nature’s rhythms, the wisdom of the body, and the beauty of community. There is no pressure here — only space to show up exactly as you are.
Through gentle movement, creative expression, sound healing, and intentional rest, each experience is designed to nurture both body and spirit.
At Luna Blanca, we believe:
-
Wellness should feel accessible and inclusive.
-
Movement is about expression, not perfection.
-
Rest, creativity, and play are essential at every age.
-
Healing happens best in community.

Freddy
As a yoga teacher, my mission is to help students experience yoga as more than movement. In my classes, we build awareness through breath, alignment, and intention — so the practice naturally carries into daily life. My hope is to help you feel grounded, present, and steady. I believe true transformation comes from showing up consistently and honoring where you are and taking life one breath at a time.
