This after-hours sound bath experience is designed to create a sensory pause from the overstimulation of everyday life through crystal singing bowls, chimes, grounding instruments, and carefully curated ambiance inside one of Chicago’s most unique spaces.

Guests will rest comfortably throughout the experience while being guided through layers of sound intended to encourage deep relaxation, presence, and immersion. This is not a traditional meditation class, but rather a multisensory experience where sound, space, and atmosphere come together to create a different relationship with stillness in the heart of the city.
