Through soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding sound, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state where the nervous system can soften and the mind can settle. This is a space to release what feels heavy and to gently acknowledge what you are ready to nurture moving forward. Following the sound bath, guests will be invited to enjoy a warm cup of tea and take part in a simple closing ritual.
