February invites us to slow down, listen inward, and tend what matters most. Planting a Seed is a gentle sound bath designed to support rest, reflection, and quiet intention during the heart of winter. Through soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding sound, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state where the nervous system can soften and the mind can settle. This is a space to release what feels heavy and to gently acknowledge what you are ready to nurture moving forward. Following the sound bath, guests will be invited to enjoy a warm cup of tea and take part in a simple closing ritual. Each participant will receive a small planter, soil, and a seed — an opportunity to physically plant an intention and carry the experience beyond the studio. Includes a 90-minute guided sound bath, a small planter and seed for a closing intention ritual, and tea following the experience. Please bring a blanket or neck pillow to help you feel comfortable. No prior experience is needed.
