Join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session while playful Labradoodle pups roam freely around the room—offering cuddles, kisses, and plenty of laughter. This unique experience blends movement, mindfulness, and pure joy, leaving you feeling lighter, happier, and deeply relaxed.
No yoga experience is needed—just come ready to move, smile, and enjoy the moment.
Yoga mats are provided.
After class, enjoy a complimentary red light therapy or whole-body cryotherapy session to further boost your mood and recovery.
