Sensory Experience

Experience a 75-minute sensory journey for body, mind, and soul. We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a sacred ritual to ground your energy and awaken presence. As you sip the warm cacao, you’ll be invited to set an intention and open your heart to connection and release. From there, surrender into a guided sound bath meditation, where the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and sacred instruments wash through you — harmonizing your nervous system and quieting the mind. You may choose to float weightlessly in the aerial silks or rest grounded on your mat, allowing sound and stillness to guide you inward.
