About the event
Join us at Luna Blanca Wellness Studio for a special Spring Equinox Sound Bath: Healing Our Roots — a gentle seasonal gathering to welcome renewal, grounding, and intention as we move into spring.
During this 90-minute experience, we will gather beneath our symbolic Spring tree, creating a peaceful space to release the heaviness of winter and reconnect with what supports our growth from within.
The evening will include:
• A brief guided breathwork practice to settle the body and mind
• An immersive sound bath journey designed to support relaxation and inner balance
• A gentle return and reflection

Includes the full 90-minute Spring Equinox Sound Bath experience with guided breathwork, immersive sound healing, and an intentional painting integration. All painting materials are provided. Please bring a blanket, a neck pillow or anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down. Limited spots available.
