Service Description
Aerial Yoga at Luna Blanca Wellness Studio offers a supportive and uplifting way to move, stretch, and reconnect with your body — whether you're completely new to yoga or looking for a fresh experience. Using soft silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling, each class combines gentle strength-building, deep stretching, balance work, and mindful breath. The hammock supports your body to help reduce joint pressure, improve flexibility, and allow you to explore movement safely and confidently. Classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible for beginners, while still engaging for those with experience. You’ll be guided step by step through the practice, ending with a relaxing cocoon-style rest inside the hammock — a favorite moment for many students. In addition to regular classes, Aerial Yoga at Luna Blanca Wellness Studio can also be booked for: • Birthday parties • Private celebrations • Kids & teen experiences • Corporate wellness events • Team-building sessions Our goal is to create a safe, encouraging space where guests feel supported, empowered, and leave feeling lighter — both physically and mentally.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-registration and payment are required to reserve your spot. Participants must arrive on time so the session can begin smoothly and safely. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Yoga mats are provided at the studio, so there is no need to bring your own. Puppies are carefully introduced and given rest breaks throughout the experience. Guests are expected to interact gently and follow all instructor guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of both participants and animals. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. For private Puppy Yoga events, separate booking policies may apply.
