A gentle, heart-warming class for moms and babies 4 weeks to 12 months old. Move, breathe, and reconnect with your body while sharing quiet, meaningful moments with your little one. A soft space to heal, bond, and grow together.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-registration and payment are required to reserve your spot. Participants must arrive on time so the session can begin smoothly and safely. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Yoga mats are provided at the studio, so there is no need to bring your own. Puppies are carefully introduced and given rest breaks throughout the experience. Guests are expected to interact gently and follow all instructor guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of both participants and animals. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. For private Puppy Yoga events, separate booking policies may apply.
