Sometimes the best therapy has four paws. Paws & Cuddles is a one-hour wellness experience created for anyone who needs a break from the demands of everyday life. Spend an hour surrounded by our adorable Australian Labradoodles in a calm, cozy environment designed to help you slow down and experience the healing power of unconditional love. There is no yoga, no agenda, and no pressure—just time to cuddle, play, laugh, and be fully present. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, lift your mood, or simply enjoy the comfort that puppies naturally provide, this experience offers a peaceful space to unwind and recharge. Research suggests that spending time with dogs may help reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, increase oxytocin, and promote an overall sense of well-being. Perfect for individuals, couples, families, friends, and anyone who could use a little extra joy. A therapeutic experience where ruff days melt away.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-registration and payment are required to reserve your spot. Participants must arrive on time so the session can begin smoothly and safely. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Yoga mats are provided at the studio, so there is no need to bring your own. Puppies are carefully introduced and given rest breaks throughout the experience. Guests are expected to interact gently and follow all instructor guidance to ensure the safety and well-being of both participants and animals. Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. For private Puppy Yoga events, separate booking policies may apply.
