                                                     Studio Guidelines & Policies
       To preserve the atmosphere and care that make Luna Blanca Wellness Studio special, we ask collaborators to review the following guidelines.



Protecting the Integrity of Our Space
Luna Blanca Wellness Studio offers specialized classes and community experiences including yoga, puppy yoga, sound healing, Qigong, and yoga & art programming.
To maintain the uniqueness of our offerings, rentals that directly duplicate existing studio programs are not permitted.

Booking & Scheduling
• Events must be requested in advance and are subject to availability
• A deposit is required to secure reservations
• Final payment and cancellation policies will be outlined upon approval

Respect for the Studio Environment
We ask all collaborators and guests to treat the space with mindfulness and care. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if needed.

Approved Uses
The studio welcomes:
• Workshops and educational gatherings
• Wellness and creative experiences
• Photography and filming with prior approval
• Corporate gatherings and private celebrations
• Unique classes or experiences not currently offered by the studio

Liability & Insurance
All renters must sign liability waivers. Certain events may require proof of insurance..
