General Policies

 

1. Exclusive Studio Offerings

Our studio provides specialized classes and community experiences, including:

• Yoga (Gentle, Aerial, Kids, Prenatal & Postpartum)

• Puppy Yoga

• QiGong, Meditation & Sound Healing

• Yoga & Art sessions

To maintain the integrity of our wellness community, rentals for activities that directly duplicate or compete with our in-house offerings are not permitted.

2. Rental Approval Process

All rental requests must be submitted for review and approval, including a clear description of the event, intended use, and number of attendees.

Once approved, you will receive written confirmation and details regarding access, setup, and payment.

Approval is granted based on space availability, event alignment with studio values, and compliance with policies.

3. Respect for Studio Space

Renters are expected to treat the space with mindfulness and care.

Any damage, excessive wear, or misuse of studio property will result in additional charges.

Please return the space to its original layout and cleanliness after use.

Shoes, food, and drinks are not permitted on yoga mats or practice areas (unless part of a pre-approved event).

4. Booking & Cancellations

Rentals must be booked at least 2 days in advance and are subject to studio availability.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 2 days before the event date.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reserved time will forfeit the deposit.

Events canceled due to weather, illness, or emergency may be rescheduled upon approval and availability.

5. Rental Hours & Access

Space rentals are available outside of scheduled class hours or during times approved by management.

Renters may access the studio 30 minutes prior to the event for setup.

Early access up to 60 minutes may be requested and must be approved in writing.

Overtime beyond the reserved duration will incur additional hourly charges.

6. Prohibited Activities

To ensure harmony and safety within the studio and community:

No activities that violate local laws, public safety, or studio values.

No high-impact fitness, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior affecting neighboring classes or businesses.

Use of incense, open flames, or smoke (except for approved ceremonial use such as smudging) requires prior approval.

Alcohol consumption is prohibited.

 Approved Uses

Our studio welcomes a variety of mindful and creative gatherings, including:

Workshops: Art, wellness, mindfulness, or creative learning experiences.

Photography or Videography: Personal or professional shoots (with prior approval).

Meetings or Private Events: Corporate gatherings, retreats, or small celebrations.

Unique Classes or Sessions: Offerings not currently provided by Luna Blanca, such as breathwork, movement, or dance workshops.

Liability & Insurance

All renters must sign a Liability Waiver before using the space.

Depending on the nature of the event, proof of liability insurance may be required.

Renters assume full responsibility for participants, guests, and vendors during the rental period.
